ANDREW GURA
My good friend Andrew Gura is a los angeles based filmmaker, image maker, and moving picture extraordinaire. Where the trend with music videos of late has been more post heavy with pattern like nods to gondry esque stop animation or the embrace of the low fi (mgmt comes to mind) there are a select few like andrew who still base themselves on vivid and rich photography. Most notable are his earlier stones throw videos but all worth checking out.

Les Enfants Terribles / Anthony Mandler
A very talented and traditional filmmaker we have the pleasure of working with recently. He films with 35 and gives you a classic sensibility of elegance and beauty to musicians and brands of all kinds. His imagery makes me feel like he sculpts pictures with his camera work, effortless but so wonderfully deliberate.
